BASS AI started with two careers that began in the same place. We both spent years at Peoples Health, a New Orleans healthcare company, before it was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2018 and we moved into the larger enterprise world. Chris went on to lead technology integrations and security operations; Rachael led large, complex programs as a PMP-certified project manager.
Inside those organizations we saw how AI gets adopted when it is done right: assessed for risk, implemented properly, and supported over time. Then we would look at the small businesses around us, the ones that actually power our community, and see them getting left behind, handed hype instead of real guidance.

He currently leads security operations with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployed across his enterprise toolkit.
With 15+ years leading large-scale technology programs in highly regulated industries, Rachael brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to every client engagement. A PMP-certified leader, she has managed complex portfolios, led technology integrations, and modernized delivery frameworks for major healthcare and insurance organizations. Today, she applies that expertise to help small businesses adopt AI in practical, meaningful ways — identifying opportunities for real operational value and implementing solutions with enterprise-level discipline, without the enterprise-level complexity.
